“La Casita” is an ideal property from which to climb, hike and mountain bike the central Mallorca mountains.
The house is close to the climbing at Alaró and only a 20 minute drive to Sa Gubia, the island’s main climbing destination. It is centrally based for exploring the many other varied cliffs on the island plus there are endless possibilities for challenging walks and scrambles not only nearby but all over the spectacular Tramuntana mountain range.
“La Casita” is a lovely one bedroomed holiday home set within an almond orchard on the beautiful island of Mallorca. It is set in the grounds of an English family owned house. It has complete privacy and access to a beautiful pool (which is shared with the owners). The holiday cottage is situated on the outskirts of Alaró, a typical Mallorcan village lying in the foothills of the Sierra Tramuntana yet within an easy drive of Palma and some of the Islands fantastic beaches.
The entrance is via a large terrace which leads into an open plan living/dining room area with fully equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen has a 2 ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. In the living room the sofa also converts into a comfortable double bed. From the living room a door gives access to the lovely en suite bedroom with double bed. A set of stairs leads to a mezzanine level which has a single bed.
