Formatting your Advert Text

To make your advert look better, you can add simple HTML tags. For a newline enter <br> or use <p> to start a new paragraph. You can also enter bold text, italic text, and underlined text: 

  <b>bold</b>, <i>italic</i>, <u>underline</u>

If you aren't sure about how your advert will look when it is posted, the advert form includes a button that lets you see exactly how your advert will appear before it is sent to ROCKFAX. This is a useful feature to use as well if you want to check if your advert contains typos (or even makes sense!) before sending it to us.

Including a Picture in your Advert

Adverts always look better if they include a good picture of your property, or the surrounding area. We accept JPEG and GIF format pictures, which can be saved from any graphics package or camera software. The picture should be about 200-300 pixels square, but if you upload a larger picture we will automatically change it to the correct size. The picture file on your computer must be smaller than 1Mb (1024Kb) for the upload to work.
