Finca El Aprisco

Our 200 year old historic Finca has panoramic views of both sea and mountains and is located 1 km away from the white village Finestrat, 5km away from the ever-popular climbing at Sella and just 7 km from the beach.

We are very close to the ever beloved Sella and the hundreds of top quality climbs, also Calpe, Mascarat, EchoValley, Puig Campana and Toix are all within a short distance.

There is a 4/5 person guest house (70 sqm) which is full equipped for your stay at a cost of 14 Euro per person per day, and also a 2 person guest house at a cost of 20 Euro per person per day.

The accommodation has excellent self-catering facilities, fully equipped for an enjoyable, hassle free stay.(bedding, towels and end cleaning is included in the price). There is also a swimming pool.

The Finca is situated on 16.000 sq. m. terraced ground with orange, almond, lemon, oil and nispero trees, also aloe vera. You can buy olive oil from our own production.

*There is a terrace, and a beautiful garden with 6 chairs, 4 beach chairs and there are 2 bicycles available for our guests.

Villa in Villena

We are between Villena and Biar (5 mins each). Please note that this villa is divided into two. We, the owners, occupy a totally segregated upstairs apartment. You will have total and private use of the pool area, and we will respect your privacy. This does mean that the property is both well maintained and clean. The pool is cleaned daily before 8.30am. Our place is perfect for relaxing, by the pool, or at a local bar, maybe enjoying a jug of sangria, or cheap local wine.

This fantastic apartment sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins) all of which are en-suite. For climbers who want to sample the delights of Reconco, Sax, Pena Rubia and Marin, without the long trek from the Calpe/Benidorm area the villa is perfectly situated.
Also 5klm from Pena Rubia, and 10 klm from Marin nr Sax

La Asmoladora

"Paradise between mountains"

Situated near Parcent in the peaceful Jalon Valley, finca La Asmoladora is at the centre of the climbing areas of the Costa Blanca with the nearest crags only 5 mins away.

The finca is an excellent base for climbers wanting to avoid the overcrowded tourist areas of the coast.
It has a range of superb modestly-priced self-catering accommodation, for groups from 2 to 18 people.
For relaxing before or after climbing, La Asmoladora has acres of almonds and olive terraces, its own wilderness area plus a tennis court and a huge barbeque and pool.
When food preparation is too much trouble there are ten restaurants within about 1km.

The villa is situated 10 minutes from Benidorm, but away of the high-rise buildings and close to the mountains, the nearest climbing spot is 10 minutes away by car (Echo Valley).

Situated in the centre of "La Marina Baixa", you can enjoy the two faces of the Costa Blanca, the nightlife in Benidorm and the climbing in the mountains.
Our accommodation is suitable for climbers, families and younger people too.

Puig Campana and Ponoch are only 10-15 minutes away. Sierra de Bernia is 20 min and Guadalest is 30 min. Deep water soloing is also possible in Benidorm's bay.

Description of the house

The villa has 4 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 twin beds), 3 bathrooms and two large lounges,

The first one of these lounges has one sofa, the TV, the open fireplace and a big table for dinning. There is access to the kitchen from this lounge.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave & dishwasher.

Outside the kitchen you can find the BBQ area, with a shady space with a table. Perfect for the summer's days and evenings.

The second lounge is an indoor terrace with large, panoramic windows, 3 sofas and a small bar. This place is full of light with views to the garden and the swimming pool.

The villa is in a 2,000 m2 plot, with a garden, badminton court and a swimming pool 10m X 5m.

Finestrat is in the very centre of the climbing on the Costa Blanca.
Most of the major sport and traditional climbing can be reach easily from the village. Our Accommodation is here in Finestrat. We have both apartments and a chalet which offer climbers and those interested in the outdoors superb accommodation.

The Chalet is situated just outside the village, about 1.5 kms. and overlooks the actual village. The surrounding views of the Puig Campana, Castellets, Divino and towards the Mediterranean sea are simply breath taking.
The chalet is within the grounds of the actual school of Compass West, a very private and quiet place. It has three bedrooms each with two single beds, six persons in all. There is a private shower and separate toilet. Kitchen/ Diner. Sitting room. Outside covered sitting/dining area and B&Q. It is surrounded by trees with sitting areas. There is plenty of easy secure parking. We can also accommodate those who wish to camp should there be an overflow from the chalet.
