Brilliant technical climbing. You need top notch footwork, balance and finger strength to succeed but well worth the effort. Take a mat as the crux is high up.
Did this again on the weekend in right greasy conditions but it was still as good as I remembered. Leaving the sanctuary of the big break footholds is (like many of these problems) the crux.
I find the crux is the move after, but that's because I'm a short ar*e
tried this last yr and couldn't quite manage it. Since then a some vigorous 'cleaning' of the holds by some chap on a rope has made it feel a lot more secure. thanks? |
