A tricky problem up the wall and arete. The roof direct is E1 6a.

More like 4c if you are 6'+. A lot harder for the short.

Being able to reach the top whilst using the big undercut in the middle break certainly makes it quite easy
chris_moor - 09/Apr/03

I guess, it does if that's the method you used. I reached round the corner for the microscopic flake. Definitely felt like 5b to me, but a bit of a one move wonder
James McN - 13/Jun/03

undercut and reach for the huge jug on the top. my mate led it after he'd seconded me up it and he can barely lead vs.
rich - 16/Nov/03

Easiest method is to stand up using the microscopic flake for your left and a fingertip undercut hold for your right (leaning left)
piam_29 - 29/Mar/04

Even easier if you are 6ft 5!
Iggy_B - 09/May/05

More logical, and better climbing, if the arete is followed from the start.
lowersharpnose - 17/Feb/07

The flake for your left hand is far bigger than microscopic. There is no way I could undercut and reach for the top -it is way to far for me!
A very nice move though.
