There's no laybacking after the first 3 meters!
Unprotected last half without smallish cams.
Juggy then bridging, and then that laybacking would be mantelshelfing?
How did you bridge an arete? Nice climbing, but not much laybacking going on. Protection is adequate with small cams.
didnt layback at all, one tricky mantel, take a friend 1!
I found this tricky today, good cams but a hard little move.
Not sure about laybacking - the start is a good mantelshelf but can easily be bypassed by starting one pace to the right.
Really nice route, two friends and a delicate bit of padding up the arete. All about balance...... |
