210m. A classic gully line with the best climbing at the top.
This climb is top end V-It does not make sense to give this V,4 then grade Moss Ghyll V,6.Protection is poor above the "bottle neck chimney" and the upper part is very sustained.
I agree with Bob. Should be V 5 at least and may even be VI 5
I would have to agree with the above comments. I climbed it in poor conditions (lots of powder, verglas), but even allowing for this, it was a considerable struggle compared to any of the other grade Vs I climbed that season! From the bottleneck chimney to the top is hard and bold.
