The start move is probably only 4a the easy way, but this takes some thought. 4b for most which I guess counts as tricky!

Alternative start: step over from the big porthole on the left (after checking no-one is watching). Easy Diff this way, otherwise VD at least.

Easy Diff, I reckon. If you stand on the boulder and use the foothold on the left it goes fine. Or you can just jump your right foot straight into the crack :-) From there it's more like a Mod.
For entertainment try a sitting start: jamming, laybacking and heel-hooking all in one... probably 5a-ish and no-longer a Diff!

Jam a foot in! Must be hard if you can't get your legs that high.

There's a really nice direct start to this not using the boulder (no idea what grade) - start with a high layback in the crack, and get your feet beneath it on the high side wall. Work your hands up to a juggy hold, then get your right foot up onto the first ledge on the left in the crack. Then rockover and haul yourself up.

If you use the boulder, you can just step straight into the crack (much easier this way).

It's a nice solo to warm up!

The start needs a bit of lateral thinking if you're too short to get your foot in the crack at first, good fun working it out.
