Adjacent Routes A classic pocket problem. Use the sloping hold, or undercut, to gain the pocket. Use anything else to gain the top. Variation - pocket to the top without any other holds - V8. Photo page 53. USER COMMENTS
Beautiful bit of rock - the problem is good but not as good as it looks. Quite precarious and easy to come off.
Great problem but I can't see how it's V8 if you just use the pocket to reach the top. It's still V5 whichever method you use, maybe V6 at a push. |
