Short, but not without interest. Start left of the ivy and climb the steep pocketed wall until forced right into The Spider. Finish up this, or bale from one of the lower-offs. USER COMMENTS
I seem to remember (1993) that it was possible to get to the belay of Majolica and so avoid the long slog up The Spider (but its probably all overgrown now anyway!).
As of July 2008 this option is still possible and not at all overgrown - a pleasant way to finish the pitch. |
