Beware!! loose rock - a 4ft chunk of rock came off when a friend was climbing (approx 3m up) so the grade may differ now Reaching the lowering bolt is the hard part/crux.

Looks like the whole route is on the way down!
Bits rattled and fell off when I was on it.
Stay away!

Must have cleaned up somewhat as now seems quite sound (and almost worth a star).
