14m. A pleasant diagonal crack leads rightwards, usually by a hand traverse, to a steeper finale up the ledgy wall. USER COMMENTS
The flake is much easier than the continuation crack and is very enjoyable. Try your best to arrange a decent belay at the top!
Yes, the flake is easy but excellent fun. Then take a deep breath and head up the steeper crack which is rather less pleasant.
A good grade easier than the drainpipe. how does a perfect hand jam crack up a slab get VS? should this route be HVD?
A really lovely route but v easy for the grade - much easier than The Drainpipe.
very soft touch for the grade but lovely nevertheless. bomber belay at top with thread and block combo
Benchmark HS 4b - or should be. Very pleasent.
All these people who think the Drainpipe is hard need to get some practice at good old-fashioned thrutching!
Pleasant and over graded at VS4b...HS4b and very well protected, loverly. |
