Technical is right - rather hard (for me at least).
Badly bolted - I went off route twice, struggling to get back on line. Not recommended. Not a 2 star route IMO.
Pleased somebody else went off route. Found it sustained when i found the line
Not the most comfey bolting I have every come across....
The hardest part of this climb was finding the route, but that is half the fun for me. It went to one side of the bolts then back again. There was much climbing up one side, running out of holds down climbing traversing and trying the other side of the bolts!
Weird comments. Very well bolted I thought. Excellent forceful moves near the top and pleasantly sustained. Working out the line is half the fun! Great route, nearly 3*. Close to 6a+ perhaps.
Agree that working out where the route goes adds to the fun, and makes the climb more memorable. Couple of dead ends, its only when the holds run out you realize you should have gone the other way. Nice addition to this wall.
Excellent fun weaving to and fro across the bolts. A thinking person's climbing.
Nice route, you can either follow the natural lines or climb more direct and follow the bolts - just use your head! |
