28m. Start at a grass ledge under the centre of the wall and climb to higher ledge. Move left to a groove which leads to a third ledge. Finish up the thin crack in the wall. Sadly the shady position of the route means it is usually green and grubby.

This route could be nice with a bit of 'gardening'. It feels like a bit of a relic, there is a good climb under the heather and green moss. At the moment it feels hard and a bit insecure due to licen and moss.

Do it and clean a bit more grass off the route, it will improve with traffic!
