Adjacent Routes 32m. A poor start leads to a better top pitch. Climb the cracks in the broken arete to the big ledge and a stance. Take the blocky continuation in the left wall which eases with height. USER COMMENTS
Dont think it deserves a star - the top is OK but the first pitch is an absolute bag of ... The worst route I've done for a long time.
The first part of the route is complete garbage but the upper crack is quite good. If climbed as a single pitch it might make reaching the belays quite interesting.
definintely two pitche sunless done on two long ropes. first piotch is a bit crap though second gets better. much much better vs's in the quarry though...
Didn't think the 1st pitch was that bad. I think a block my have (very) recently come off the top of the initial groove though, no idea if this has changed the route significantly. Second pitch harder (both to climb and to protected) than it might appear. |
