35m. A worthwhile easier climb. The ramp trends right then back left to reach the huge ledge and a stance. The juggy corner behind is followed to the cliff-top.

It is best to split this into 2 pitches so that the fence belays can be reached after topping out

Definitely agree with splitting this into two pitches. The first pitch is a laugh, and solid belays on the massive platform at 3/5ths height. Top pitch is the reason for the Diff rating, but enjoyable climbing nonetheless...
