i agree. much easier and less polished than jean jeanie.
Good route, but appears to contain in-situ Owl nesting or roosting 3/4 of the way up (after junction with Hollow Earth)
a great route and on a sunny day a magnificent experience. The ledge at the top has a lot of loose rock nowadays I think a helment is advisable even for belayers.
Lead Harijan twice and Jean Jeanie three times....would defo say that (for me!)Harijan has been a tougher climb than Jean Jeanie.
I would agree that Harijan is slightly harder than JJ and, any many ways, more enjoyable because there is a greater variety of moves on it plus a bit of thought needed with the rope work. |
