20m. This undercut arete has a steep start and is pleasant above. The delicate finale can be avoided on the right. USER COMMENTS
The delicate finale is nice. Just layback it using the arete, and experience a true "Jerry Moffatt" feeling.
Gymnastic start (at least 5a) but much easier after that and overall more like Severe
Worthwhile. There is still enough good climbing after the boulder problem start to maintain interest.
The start isn't that hard (certainly not 5a), wall-bred climbers should romp up it.
Easy for VS even with the direct finish, more like HS 4c.
ants ants ants ants ants ants ants!!!!!
The start didn't feel anything like 5a, closer to an intimidating 4b. Why avoid the delicate finale (which probably warrants 4c)? You might as well avoid the strenuous start as well and turn the route into an easy severe.
The blocks in the middle part of this route are a little loose take care if pulling on them and if placing gear. |
