A good long route which starts up a left-trending flake on a small clean slab. The last pitch is to the right of a large recess high on the face and provides a hard finale. Fully bolted.</br>1) 6b+, 22m. 2) 6b, 22m. 3) 6b+, 18m. 4) 7a, 18m.
Starts up the left slanting groove clearly visible right of route 2 on the current Fax topo. Route 2 starts at the same place, but climbs direct. There is a new single pitch line close to the misplaced line of 1 on the diagram.
Beautiful technical route on beautiful rock.
Completed this route on October 2nd 2010 and must agree with comments above, first pitch easily 6c and the final pitch 7a+ would be fair. It is an awesome route with placed gear far enough apart to feel the exposure but close enough to not get too scared :-)
