1) 4a, 22m. Climb cracks, 3m right of the white groove, to an overhang. Step left and follow a groove to a stance in the 'eye'.</br>2) 3a, 18m. Follow cracks out rightwards past a blocky area to a final short wall. Up this to the trees.
Definitely need to step left below the overhang on the first pitch. I went right because it looked more appealing; however it turned out to be loose and dirty with no gear.
Lovely warm up. polished holds are easily avoidable without increasing grade. First excursion onto limestone. leading both pitches allowed me to obtain my lime legs. Cheers Mr Marshall.
Second pitch probably a bit harder than 3a. And don't be fooled by the relative grades, the top pitch is the better of the two, some excellent exposure but with huge holds.
