Interesting climbing in the middle but a contrived and awkward finish
A fantastic route with all styles of climbing. Slab to roof to flake to overhang. Deserves another star.
Nice slab climbing but a nonsense finish. The lower-off is directly above, not to the right as shown on the topo. Steady 6a to an awkward move clipping the badly placed lower-off. There is a good move to an obvious finishing jug just above it, the lower-off should have been placed to force this move (and the top bolt should be higher to protect it). |
