8/12m. Climb a short groove and rock back left onto the arete. It is also possible - rather illogically, though historically correct - to start from Janker's Crack.

Some good climbing, but the top arete is poorly protected. Be warned!

You can get a wire in the small pocket at the start of the groove but thats it then.

A quality little route. I did a direct start up the right -hand side of the buttress using a good pocket as that seemed like a more logical start.
