Climb a tough wall to a small overlap, then move up to a roof and finish up a jamming-crack. The lower wall has a couple of hard moves on finger-locks. These are avoidable on the left at 6a. USER COMMENTS
Best 6b in any of the Derbyshire quarries!!
The pillar on the left level with the loweroff is rather worrying...otherwise, a nice route.
the first bolt is pointlessly high. sticking a wire in is a wise move
Quite tricky in a few places, a little stiff for F6b. Good climbing and mostly good rock.
good climbing, pity about the rock and bolting though. felt serious for 6b sport (and it shouldnt have).
NOT 18m unless your belayer (somehow!) stands on the grassy ledge. From the ground it is over 20m, and it is not possible to lower off with a 40m rope. |
