Adjacent Routes An old classic - devious, interesting and not too hard. From a pedestal, climb up left to the arete. The balancy groove round the corner and rib lead past one lower-off to a higher one. USER COMMENTS
Quite easy for the grade. Why the three stars (it's not that good)?
Hardest at the start and some fine positions and climbing in the groove. Overrated, though.
First bolt missing (April 05)? Fall off clipping the lowest bolt and you've got a long fall (18-20ft)onto a bad landing. Looks like an awkward clip, too, leaning way out left.
Not sure if something has gone at the base of the upper groove but there's a pretty hard move to get going there - 5+ at least I would have thought
All bolts present and correct April 2008. The upper groove looks impossible when you arrive at the bottom of it, fortunately the holds all appear on cue. Great climbing and fantastic situations, just as good as expected.
I agree with other comments. Not 3 stars and some moves are hard with awkward bolts.
