Scarier than you might imagine from the ground
Would be a bold lead, its short and hard with no gear, down came te top rope and up i went.
The crux is an awkward mantle near the top and there's no gear, so even though it's "only" 6m I'd say it was at least E1
Not quite Pretty Face, but not far off... Crux is slightly easier, and slightly lower, but with a worse landing, so I think another for the E0 grade. I could imagine some really fiddly gear on the mid-height ledge, but it's far easier to solo.
Sling held in place with wires either side make the middle section protectable but I found the crux at the top, which you really don't want to fall off. Harder/bolder than Pretty Face for me and not as good. |
