Combine the first half of Culo Ipanema with the top section of Rosalind Sutton for the most sustained climbing. A bit harder though. Not in current guidebook.
Don't bother. I had to give up past the crux of the second route due to appalling rope drag, even though I'd taken some long extenders. Far more fun to do both routes separately.
