35m. Another excellent route. Start as for Manzoku but make an extra move right on the traverse from the cave. Pull up onto good holds and continue direct above. Trend slightly leftwards into a groove which leads easily to the top. USER COMMENTS
As good as Manzoku - less sustained but more technical - beautiful climbing.
Bit of a wandering line for 3 *s but good climbing.
Lovely route: amazing positions out on the arete and good gear, but it was a very hard (5c) move to get back left into the top groove. The previous party I saw scuttled off up a goove to the right just below this point.
Brilliant, great positions and mild at the grade. MUCH easier than Manzoku!
Surely a gift at E1 and much easier than Manzoku. Huge jugs/rests are never far away and loads excellent places for gear. |
