Route Grade Votings

A boulder problem start is used to gain the rampline above the roof. Follow this more easily, finishing up a wide corner.
Had a huge moment on this route when the corner at the top collapsed under my feet - beware!
Complete sandbag. The first moves are at least 5b, with no gear. Not worth the effort for the loose corner. However, if you finish up the cracks left of the corner, it makes an excellent E2 5b (Paul Donnithorne route I believe).
HVS is right but there is a hard boulder start for the grade. The rest is a path but just a tiny bit fragile enough to stop you cruising. Some very angry seagulls at half height when we did it. Half a star.
