The lower wall of this route is worth seeking out. The upper wall is best avoided. It follows a line up the slabby (for once!) wall left of the abseil line. Climb straight up to a rightwards leaning line of holds. Follow this then pull up to a crack. Make a hard move up and left onto some crozzly rock and continue direct to the ledge. To climb out trend off rightwards, testing every hold, to the gully. USER COMMENTS
Less good than I thought when writing the above description. There isn't a really solid runner on this with the only good ones being in the worrying bubbly rock band. Not much fun - avoid.
I was glad the star pointed me towards it as I enjoyed it. Had no such gear worries. A possible escape route too.
