30m. Start just to the right of the trees. Climb the technical right-hand side of the wall, past a peg, to a wide horizontal. Continue up the wall left of the arete via good breaks and gear. USER COMMENTS
Forgot to say, in the afternoon we climbed the other routes on the Nomad Wall we also did this one. Yet again another really good trad route reduced to a mediocre experience by bolting it. If anyone reading my comments thinks i am over-reacting a tad and being mellow dramatic, so be it,it is after all only climbing! But these climbs and peoples lasting memories have been taken away by bolting. It is now possible to climb every route on the wall in an afternoon and then move on without giving the climbs or the experience a second thought... |
