This route has some good climbing and a definte crux on the upper wall.
Some climbing and a bit of a reach is required before clipping the 1st bolt above the ledge, it feels a little committing!
A long sling around the tree or some other pro at the top of the vegetation may be a good idea, especially for the short.

Poorly bolted on the upper wall. Someone breaking into the 6c+ grade could have a nasty fall as the bolts are very well spaced.

Can't agree with that. The first bolt on the wall is a tricky clip admittedly but if you are going to get up a 6c+, and this is low in the grade, you shouldn't have any problems reaching the crux which is about 6a from the ledge.

Bolting on upper wall is fine. Not sure what the fuss is about.
