30m. Plenty of fine moves link nicely and provide a worthwhile outing. The hard moves are generally on good holds and the start may be a dusty.

The finnish of this route is quite loose and requires a long reach to avoid the worst section of rock.

Absolutely can't agree with that comment. I managed all of the routes on the Red Wall today and this wasn't loose at all. There was a little dust on the ledge at the top but it was perfectly clean.

Oh by the way the route was done on Christmas Day 2002 with my wife who had just undergone her last Chemo Therapy session. The route was named as a sign of hope, not as might be imagined because the song may seem to be a reference to Xmas Day which I refuse to celebrate.

Repeated this recently and agree it is a lot cleaner and definitely worth doing.
