12m. An excellent technical wall climb after the aided start. Aid up to the second bolt and start with your left finger in a mono and your right hand on a side pull. Move up to good undercuts and climb the technical wall above using small crimps, undercuts and side pulls before moving rightwards to reach good holds and a rest in the niche. Tricky bridging out of this gains the lower-off.
