38m. A fine direct pitch with plenty of good and sustained climbing. Often overlooked. Start right of Le Chacal below a thread by a rounded protruberance at 6m. Move up the wall and bulge to the feature. Climb the wall above, peg, to the traverse on A Touch of Class, and another peg. Move right and then up to a break and bolt in the bulge above. Climb the bulge to easier ground. USER COMMENTS
Thread no longer in place. Long reaches, old bolt, some dodgy rock. No stars in its present condition Needs retro-bolting. Gary- where are you?
Ah yes - I have to admit that it was my fat arse which snapped that thread almost a year ago now. The climb has got a nice first half and the thread can be placed on lead but its super chossy going through the bulge at the top. |
