A fine bouldery wall (remove heart flutter with a mat) leads to the break, then comes the hard bit. Entering and climbing the groove is desperate, but the route relents above. USER COMMENTS
Think this was done by Stevie Haston in around 1976/77.
When I do this, I boulder up to the large 'peg' with a quickdraw and then pull the rest of my rack up on the free rope using the peg as a pulley! Have a gold star if you get the move into the groove right first time! |
