A pleasingly technical and non strenuous route. Pitch two is actually very good, and climbing that would certainly give the climbers a ** adventure.
You mean 'abseil from' the tree. I hope.
The 2nd pitch is fairly okay at 4c but not much gear and the top out is overgrown. Still an interesting pitch pulling on some even more interesting holds.
The first pitch has lost a hold with no overall change in grade. It does feel a little bit more sustained mind..
Second pitch is well worth doing - in spite of the top out - and I found plenty of gear on it
Not worth ** considering how many other great routes there are at Stoney, but still worthwhile and a good bet for a first E2 |
