This route does have a fairly tricky start - probably 5b - but is then easy. I didn't look carefully but the hard bit involves a crack so I think it would take decent gear; there might not be any further up but it doesn't need it. At high tide the water underneath looked fine but a fall rather than a jump might involve a bounce before the splash - S2? Certainly safer than the 'easy' solos round to the right. I think HVS or E1 5b, no fluttery heart, no stars, splash-down symbol. |
