Route Grade Votings

Adjacent Routes Climb the wall just to the right of the scooped hole. Tricky moves at mid-height can be reachy. Above, it is just a matter of finding the right holds. Requires care to protect adequately. USER COMMENTS
I found it quite sustained, so sustained I fell off! The gear on the top part is not great either so be warned.
Top end E1 5b (or soft touch E2!). Tricky moves at half height, and don't mess up the finishing moves as the gear is, as previous comment says, "not great"! Getting pretty polished (at least in the lower half).
'Pretty polished'. Think thats a bit of an understatement. Climbing the route is akin to climing a featured sheet of glass. Not my most pleasant cimbing experience
It was meant to be the warm up for things to come but I'd agree with most of above comments, however it is still an engageing route and sustained E1 probably is E2. Lower section gear I found most worrying!
Gear on the top half is spaced but a lot better than the gear on the lower section. The easiest line seems to wander around more and go left of the line in the guide.
Seemed to me to be about right for the grade
Led it again a few days ago and E1 5b still seems a fair grade to me |
