A thin and poorly protected start, but good climbing above, and the top pitch is stunning. USER COMMENTS
After the initial bulge I followed the face crack on the right - similar to the Golden Fleece crack but friendlier and very enjoyable
quite a bold start but nice climbing all the way.
A superb top pitch - big holds, bombproof runners and huge exposure - which can be linked with the first pitch of Black Crack to give one of the best VS's in the Ruckle.
First couple of moves seem hard but then it eases and is simply enjoyable, and the move right at the top gives a bit of great exposure. Really nice route. |
