The groove in the striking left arete of the Main Face gives a stout and eye-catching route of great quality. Start at a wide crack in huge blocks below the arete. Climb to a ledge on top of the blocks beneath the groove/arete.
Follow the groove to a move right at its top and a final pull on slopers. Abseil off.

One of the best VSs in the SW. Wandering up right and finishing up the layback crack above Central Groove is worth doing.

"A final pull on slopers" almost put my partner off leading this - a final pull on massive jugs would be a better description!
