Three pitches. Although considered a very serious climb, Das Fenster has had a handful of repeats. Conditions can vary greatly with occasional very thin ice making the route less protectable. The first pitch must be stretched for 60m, with the last 20m being unprotected. Establish a belay to the left on a ledge. The second pitch (that gave the climb its name) is thin and slightly overhanging. Continue up to a belay of questionable quality.
