Adjacent Routes The wall to the right is high and crimpy but lacks a strong line. It can be finished left or right - left is harder. USER COMMENTS
Unsure about the finish. Go right from the high crimps and it's path. Straight up is dirty / hard left takes you on to Rouse's wall.
I agree this descriptions does fail to point out that this is essentially an eliminate, this description may help - The striking blank wall has no natural line, only a natural eliminate (i.e. don’t use the arête!). Grade depends on your choice of finishing moves; harder left/straight-up (maybe dirty but it’s been done), easier out right.
The best finish is to have your right hand on the obvious slopy crimp, a weird pinch for your left near the figure 8 of lichen then launch with left hand for the incut crack/ear which is up and left. All holds out right are out. |
