I don't think this is V8, more like V6 for beanpoles and V7 if you're short. Greg only gave it V8 when he did it because he used a nails sequence, which despite being duff was actually really hard. And also not the first ascent, which as far as I know was Ryan Dempsey, unless anyone knows different?
Yes, it was Ryan. And V7 is about right. Some old geezer even flashed it, so it can't be V8!
this problem was done by myself after joe wilson pointed it out to me as a project. as far as anyone was aware it had not been climbed. it was in the summer of 2000.
