Hard for 4c we thought. Good gear though for the tough move though.
The crux move is desperate, definatly felt like 5a to me, and tough for vs as there isn't much gear.
Addendum to previous comment.(From Roberts Dad):- Rob went direct over the bulge (ratline) by mistake instead of up the groove!no wonder it was hard!
I could be convinced that it's 5a, but gear's good enough that you would only take a small swing above an overhang is you screwed up the crux. Even solo it felt reasonably safe - a very nice few bridging moves. |
