The arete has a funny starting sequence and bold exit.
Bit of an extended boulder problem really except for the heather / peat finish! Nice climbing though.
Nice micro-route I thought, more like 5m. The big finishing ledge is clean.
It eases high up? I found the holds ran out, did I miss something?
Doesn't ease much, have to do a bit of a committing reach.
Nice, but over all too soon.
This line is almost 6m high (measure it!) and you would deck from the delicate finish (4b?) onto a sloping landing with blocks. Having said that its a lovely problem.
It's has one reachy move to start, big jug, ledge and then an arete, how many more holds do you need? Stand on ledge, hold arete, grab top. Very soft at VS 5a
found the top moves far harder than the bottom section though proably just the potential fall onto that big boulder that was unnerving me.
VS 5a sounds like a well-protected crux, but the finishing move definitely needs confidence. HVS 4c?
Bit of a tough one for the Grade. I would'nt like to do this as my first VS, and you would not want to throw a wobbler at the top! Nice climb though.
