Graded right. The second mantel is hard and you will hit the ledge if you come off. Harder if you're short as my second couldn't reach the holds for the second mantel. All in all a good and satisfying route though. I wouldn't have done it as my first HVS.

VS 5b would seem about right for me. The first mantel felt the hardest and the second felt about 4c with good gear at yout waist. You would hit the ledge but only from a few feet above it.
