A veritable banquet for the biceps, this fine route demands a powerful approach. A spike hold marks the way. It lost some crucial holds and is now much harder.

Pulled two undercuts off the start, now english 6c to get the jug, sorry!

total rock should go, through top bulge to the belay just follow the bolts .in new guide it looks like it goes left missing top bulge ,this is wrong .

It is a tough little boulder problem just short of 6C, and don't be surprised if your feet cut loose after catching the big flake. After the second bolt its about F6c, but like Nogads it might squeeze in at a soft-touch 7b+.

A route seems to be missing from the website in relation to the Northern Limestone Rockfax. My previous comments were about the route Total Rock (F7c) which is not present on the website, not the route Jungle Rock
