18m. A cracking climb, mild but with a bold feel. Gain the hanging rib from the right and balance up it. The lower section is a bit scary but the interest is well maintained.

The lower section is indeed the crux - but there's no meaningful gear until after the hard part, and you move left to join the edge part way up, so there's a big drop if you come off!

The hardest move is the one furthest from your gear. If you come off it then you are going a very long way before you bounce.

I'm bloody glad I wasn't leading it. I'm not sure how this is safer than Sunset Slab.

Did The Padder on sight no problem - good gear. Backed off Whaup Edge - same drop with no gear.
