22m. The elegant hanging groove in the impressive hanging arete right of Sandy Crack gives a serious piece of climbing. Climb the roof of Sandy Crack then move right and make difficult moves up to the dubious security of the groove. Continue warily up the groove to the big break and an easy finish up the fluted arete. The Direct Start up the overhanging arete is steep, sustained and unprotected, it weighs in at E8 6b. USER COMMENTS
