A fine climb. Climb up to a wide slot. Swing left then climb direct and slightly left to a stopping point. Step left and make thin moves up and left via a small groove to the lower-off. USER COMMENTS
Runout 7b
7b is a better grade. The runout beyond the last bolt is not too scary because the hard moves are just past the bolt. You can stop and recompose before the last easyish but exciting move. The best route of its grade in CheeDale - deserves more traffic.
Largish flake removed yesterday. Makes getting into the final groove more difficult. Felt more like 7b+ to me. Top class climbing. Better than Cordless? |
